We will assess your physical fitness with a comprehensive evaluation in order to create the optimal exercise program for you. We work closely with each of our clients to ensure that their individual goals are met. We work with individuals of all ages and capabilities. We offer both one-on-one and small group training sessions. Small groups are composed of 3-4 participants with similar interests and fitness levels.

Initial Assessment
Our Initial Assessment includes a self-evaluation; blood pressure testing; BMI, body fat and circumference measurements; and postural, functional and fitness assessments.

When participating in a fitness session, adults and children should wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. Proper footwear is required on the fitness floor. We encourage all of our clients to bring water bottles to each session and stay hydrated.

Youth Programming

Our Youth Programs offer parents and children the opportunity to participate in fitness together. As a result, the child develops a positive attitude towards fitness and health, and later seamlessly transitions into training of his or her own. We group children and young adults according to their interests, skills, and comfort levels. A supportive, nurturing environment is provided, and we encourage all children to discover their inner-athlete at their own pace.

0-6 Months: Discovery* At this stage, your baby is welcomed to join you in your workout. The environment provides stimulation for baby while she remains close to you.

6 Months to Walking: Free Movement* Your baby has adapted to the practice of coming to exercise with you. He is now encouraged to explore the environment and move around. Baby is always safe so you can relax and focus on your workout.

Toddlers: Refining Movement & Parallel Play* As your toddler progresses in his gross motor development, we provide different layouts and activities to keep him interested and stimulated. Your toddler will feel comfortable and happy knowing that you are working out close by.

*At this stage, your child participates with you in your training at no extra charge.

2-3 Years: Creative Movement & Guided Play Your child is now independent enough to play and learn away from you. We provide an environment that is filled with fun and exciting props to play with. Your child is given the opportunity to build her motor abilities, social skills, and make decisions for herself. Sessions end with quiet story time, which introduces the child to the concepts of meditation and focus.

4-5 Years: Skill Building & Interactive Play At this age, children begin to diverge in their physical skill levels and interests. Your child's specific talents and interests will be nurtured so he can explore different activities and roles in a safe, trusting environment. We introduce teamwork and sports skills, and build a community that is based on respect for each individual's contribution to the game or process. Each session ends with a quiet time for stories and a short meditation period.

6-7 Years & 8-9 Years: Games & Introduction of Sports Skills Your child is now a social, expressive being. We support this critical time of a child's development by introducing more intricate games and teaching sports skills. We play games that require thought and strategy as well as physical output. At this age, interests and skills may become more gender-specific, and we follow the child's natural progression.

9-10 Years & 11-12 Years: Fitness Training & the Inner Athlete As your child nears adolescence he is likely developing a strong identity, which is apparent in his physical training. We group the youth according to their interests, skills, and their personal comforts. We will begin sport-specific training. The youth who choose not to participate in a school or community sport will be encouraged to make fitness training their chosen sport.

Young Adults: Integration Appropriate exercise protocols will help create balance and satisfaction for your teen during this new and sometimes chaotic period of life. Exercise will support sport-specific training or fitness training. Meditation, massage, and coaching are also imperative to one's well-being. We will provide the proper formula of these components to support your teen's physical, mental, and spiritual health.
