Anne Johns
Director

Anne has had twenty years of experience in personal training and group fitness. She specializes in the following areas of post-rehabilitation and chronic disorders: orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries; arthritis and other skeletal degenerative diseases; pulmonary and cardiac diseases; diabetes; blood pressure instabilities; Parkinson's disease; and Multiple Sclerosis. Her other qualifications include Physical Education Director for Butler Montessori School, Lifeguard Training Instructor, Ropes Challenge Course Facilitator, Little Feet Instructor and creator of Power Tools Kickboxing Program.

Sean Bur
Fitness
Sean is currently studying Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. He has spent countless hours in the gym experimenting with various training protocols and becoming proficient with sport specific training. His specialties include working with middle and high school athletes. He has spent the past year rehabilitating from an athletic injury and subsequent knee surgery which gives him first-hand knowledge of rehabilitative training techniques.

Wes Rubbin
Fitness
Wes began his fitness career at Montgomery College and continued at Marshall University studying Nutrition and Kinesiology. His specialties include working with aging populations, as well as youth and young adult athletic training.

Michelle Johns
Fitness
Michelle has studied a variety of dance disciplines at Motion Mania Dance Center. Her interests also include strength training and yoga. She is currently attending SUNY Purchase for Creative Writing and Psychology. She practices compassionate living and has been vegan for four years.

Angela Caldwell
Massage Therapist and Wellness Coach

Angela is a licensed massage therapist specializing in Swedish, Sports, Deep Tissue Massage Therapies and Myofascial Release Therapy. Angela is a graduate of the National Massage Therapy Institute in Falls Church, Virginia. She has experience working in a chiropractic setting, and it was in this setting that she discovered her passion for helping clients who have been injured and/or those who suffer from chronic pain. Angela is dedicated to offering beneficial, quality therapeutic massage to all who lay on her table.
Angela further expresses her desire to help people in her work as a Clinical Supervisor and Addictions Case Manager. She provides compassionate counseling for her patients in both individual and group settings.
