Our studio is comprised of 2,700 square feet of beautiful, naturally lit space with recycled rubber flooring in the fitness area and sustainable cork floors in the offices, as well as the massage and meditation/yoga rooms. We have two private bathrooms, one full and one half. Toiletries and towels are provided.
Far from a typical gym, we do not use conventional exercise machines in our studio. Instead, we use a variety of equipment and body weight exercises to achieve movements that range from classic to innovative.
